The Caroline Walker Trust, best known for setting expert nutritional guidelines for vulnerable groups, has recognised the Food Ethics Council (FEC) with a special award. The trust was established in 1988 to continue the work of the distinguished nutritionist, writer and campaigner Caroline Walker.
The judges made the special award to the FEC "for the outstanding work that they are doing on many of the topics relating to food, nutrition and public health that were very close to Caroline's heart". We were delighted to collect the award at the trust's annual ceremony.
