Charlie Clutterbuck is an agricultural scientist and research fellow at the Centre for Food Policy, City University.  His company Environmental Practice at Work produces online guides for organisations to become more sustainable, e.g. for retailers to demonstrate trading according to the standards of Ethical Trading Initiative. He is NW representative on National Rural & Agricultural Workers Union (Unite), specialising in improving conditions of health and safety, using competence based qualifications. He runs a web site (www.sustainablefood.com) providing a resource for educators, students, managers and workers to promote food that is healthier for people & planet.
