Achieving a better work-life balance, having headspace for creativity and innovation, and time to engage in peer-peer learning have been highlighted as key aspirations of dairy farmers – but how do we create dairy systems that give farmers “more time on their hands” to achieve this?
In this innovation workshop we will bring dairy farmers together to explore and design new ways of ‘creating more time’ for dairy farmers to support a transition towards fairer and more ethical dairy systems that are fair for people animals and planet.
