Tom is responsible for running the Food Ethics Council’s dairy project. He has an MSc in Food Policy from City University, London, and is a Nuffield Farming Scholar.  He is currently working as a voluntary director of the Oxford Farming Conference and is a guest lecturer on the Sustainable Food and Natural Resources MSc at the Centre for Alternative Technology. He also works as a freelance journalist for the Guardian. More details at:
