Bhuvana Gupta

Bhuvana Gupta is a public health nutritionist and food systems strategist with over 12 years of international experience spanning campaigning, policy, research and advocacy across Asia and the UK. She is currently Global Senior Campaigns Manager at Compassion in World Farming, where she leads initiatives focused on food systems transformation, animal welfare and policy change.

With a background in nutrition and public health, Bhuvana is particularly interested in the connections between human, animal and environmental health, and in advancing food systems that are fairer, healthier and more sustainable. She also serves on the steering committee of Root & Reason’s Justice Working Group, helping to embed equity and justice within food systems change.
