Roots and Routes is a series of webinars and workshops aiming to explore the drivers and root causes of issues affecting the UK food system and collectively consider routes forward towards meaningful long-term change.
It built on our first webinar of the series – Roots and Routes: When Policies Collide – available to watch here. The second of the series held on 1st October 2026 set out to collectively explore positive examples of joined-up policymaking in action and ask how we can achieve greater coherence moving forward.
This workshop was chaired by Dan Crossley (Executive Director, Food Ethics Council) and brought expert input from speakers:
Q&A and final speaker summaries followed, all supported by visual scribing by artist Sally Pring.
