The Good Food Cycle: a bumpy ride?

How is the UK Government’s Food Strategy for England looking one year on? Find out from our Executive Director Dan Crossley in this lunchtime webinar hosted by the University of Leeds Global Food and Environment Institute.

When the UK Government launched its Food Strategy for England in July 2025, it looked promising in places but lacked detail as to policies. Twelve months on, Dan will ask where we stand now and what the food strategy has done to progress fairer, healthier, and more sustainable food systems so far. How hopeful should we be that it will deliver in the years ahead?

The session will begin with a welcome from Chair Professor Stephen Whitfield, ahead of a 20-minute presentation by Dan, followed by 10 minutes for Q&A.
