Roots and Routes: where diversity takes root and where it needs to go

What is holding back diversity in Welsh food and farming, and what would it take for it to flourish? This participatory workshop will explore the ROOT causes, while celebrating the places where diversity is already thriving across Wales. Through exploring different dimensions of diversity, including racial diversity and neurodiversity, we will identify practical ROUTES towards a more diverse, resilient and inclusive food system.
