In July 2018 the Food Ethics Council celebrated 20 years as the authoritative voice on food ethics

On Wednesday 20th June 2018 the Food Ethics Council celebrated its 20th anniversary by convening a group of leading experts, including Olivier De Schutter, former UN Special Rapporteur on the right to food and co-chair of the International Panel of Experts on Sustainable Food Systems (IPES-Food), to discuss ‘The Future of Food, all things considered’.
