Exchanging lessons on food ethics between UK and Turkey

Geoff Tansey, member of the Food Ethics Council, spoke at the 2nd International Congress on Agricultural and Food Ethics that took place in October 2019 in Izmir, Turkey. He was there to share some of our experiences of working on food ethics in the UK with a predominantly Turkish audience and to listen and learn from how people are engaging with ethics in Turkey and beyond.
